Pricing and margins
Labour rates, parts and materials markup, trade vs retail pricing, call-out and priority fees. I look at what you're actually realising, not just what's on the price list, and where the gaps are.
Suppliers and negotiation
I review your major supplier accounts and, where it makes sense, run the conversation with suppliers on your behalf. The goal is the best whole-of-package offer — price, terms, service, support — not a race to the bottom. I don't play suppliers off against each other, and I don't steer you towards anyone for my own benefit.
Key customer accounts
Your biggest customer isn't necessarily your best one. I look at contribution, service demands and terms, and help you reset accounts that no longer work for both sides.
Workflow, capacity and labour
Paid hours, productive hours, billed hours. Rework, travel, waiting, poor scheduling. Before you put another person on, let's prove the capacity problem is real.
Growth and expansion decisions
New staff, new equipment, a bigger site, a second location, a lease. I model the numbers and the risks so you can decide from a position of strength, not hope — including what the new airport and Aerotropolis might mean for you.
Owner time
If everything runs through you, the business can't grow past you. I help move routine decisions off your plate.
